  • $101,055 / year minimum starting pay Job Level
  • Manager Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands.

Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.

What You Will Be Doing:

Support internal operations for AmShield and Haulers as assigned. Manage the Alternate Channels Business Systems Analysts. Oversee the provisioning of employees and security access for agents. Apply technical knowledge of agent commissions, bonus plans, licensing, reporting, and communications. Support policy conversion processes for personal and commercial lines to support policyholder retention. Monitor regulatory compliance and communicate impacts to the appropriate groups. Support continued development of the agency management system. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Credit Bureau Report may be ordered on final candidates.

What We're Looking For:

Understanding of insurance, operational, and financial metrics. Strong communication, planning, organization, decision-making, and analytical skills. Knowledge of bonus programs, agency recruiting, onboarding, and licensing requirements. Understanding of insurance industry products and trends affecting AmShield and Haulers.
