Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant club facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of club management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth operational workflows, and a motivated team environment. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere where members feel valued and engaged, while maintaining high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring team members are motivated, trained, and aligned with the club's standards Oversee daily operations including shift management, facility maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure seamless club functioning Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events and activities that enhance member engagement and satisfaction Manage budgets, control costs, and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining financial accountability Develop and implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and uphold quality standards across all club services Maintain comprehensive reports on club activities, incident logs, and operational metrics to inform decision-making Foster strong relationships with members by addressing feedback promptly and ensuring their needs are prioritized Requirements Proven experience in club or hospitality management with demonstrated leadership capabilities Extensive background in events management and venue operations experience Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and promote a positive work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and members seamlessly Prior experience in customer service roles within hospitality or resort settings is highly desirable Ability to make sound managerial decisions quickly while managing multiple priorities under pressure Knowledge of operational management practices including budgeting, cash handling, and safety procedures Technical proficiency in managing event venues or restaurant/resort environments is preferred Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are advantageous for ensuring safety standards are met Join us as a Club Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, elevate guest experiences, and drive the success of our vibrant community hub. Pay:
$49,367.46 - $59,453.28 per year
