We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader who can oversee daily operations, develop strong teams, improve financial performance, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. What You'll Do Lead daily branch operations across restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, contents, and support functions Manage operational performance, budgets, margins, job costs, and profitability Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline employees Monitor KPIs and implement process and productivity improvements Ensure projects meet quality, safety, scheduling, and budget expectations Manage labor, equipment, subcontractor, and operational resources Maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance professionals, property managers, and business partners Resolve escalated customer and operational issues Support sales, business development, and market growth initiatives Work closely with executive leadership to achieve company goals What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of progressive operations or leadership experience Experience in construction, restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, facilities services, home services, or a related service industry Proven experience managing operational and financial performance Strong understanding of budgets, margins, job costing, and P&L performance Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of restoration, insurance claims, disaster recovery, or reconstruction is strongly preferred Experience with CRM, ERP, estimating software, and Microsoft Office preferred Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or a related field preferred The Right Candidate You are a strong operational leader who understands how to build teams, improve processes, control costs, increase profitability, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Work Environment This position includes a combination of office, field, and customer-site responsibilities. The Operations Manager may also provide support during emergency response or major-loss events and occasionally travel for meetings, training, or business development.
