40-50 hours per week, hours will vary based on event schedules. Heavily weekends and evenings. Position Overview The Field Events Manager is the ultimate field general, division builder, and culture carrier for HuSTL Hospitality Group's fastest-growing arm—the Events Division. Covering stadium operations, mobile food trucks, major festivals, and multi-week venue residencies, this is an active, high-visibility, hands-on leadership role. While you will sit in strategic office meetings and partner closely with executive leadership, your true home is in the field. You are a "Multiplier"—someone who doesn't just manage events, but actively builds, trains, and delegates to a team of high-performing Event Leads. You are willing and ready to jump into the trenches: you will drive the box truck, the food truck, run food and supply loads to stadiums, and work the line when help is needed. As the primary face of HuSTL to our major concessionaire partners (Levy, Sodexo Live!, Oak View Group, etc.), you understand a simple truth: their goals are our goals. In this role, you are our ambassador to our field team, customers and our concessionaire partners. Key Responsibilities 1.
In-Field Leadership, Execution & Multiplication In-the-Trenches Execution:
Drive, transport supplies and inventory to stadium outposts, oversee complex festival load-ins, and step directly onto the operational line during high-volume spikes. Work on and lead food truck events when needed. The "Multiplier"
Philosophy:
Train, coach, and delegate to your Event Leads. Focus continuously on empowering on-site leaders so that high standards are maintained even when you aren't physically present. Work with them to ensure our events staff are delivering high energy service and putting out high quality food.

Ensure every food truck setup, stadium stand, and festival footprint reflects "The HuSTL Way"—pristine cleanliness, brand warmth, lightning speed, and relentless quality. 2. Strategic Concessionaire Partnership & Division Growth Be the
Ultimate Partner:
Serve as the primary, high-touch operational contact for our venue concessionaires (Levy, Sodexo, OVG, etc.). Anticipate their needs, solve their headaches, and execute flawless service.
Drive Business Expansion:
Partner directly with the CEO and COO during expansion pitches. Use our impeccable operational track record with current concessionaires as the primary leverage to win new stadium contracts, residencies, and regional festival rights. "First In, Last Out"

Set the benchmark for operational discipline and reliability across all partner venues. 3.
Team Building, Hiring & Culture Translation Full Personnel Authority:
Own the full talent lifecycle for the Events Division—including hiring, onboarding, performance management, direct field coaching, and terminations.
Culture Carrier:
Ensure our positive, scrappy, high-energy HuSTL culture translates seamlessly to outside entities, stadium staff, and event crews.
Leadership Pipeline:
Identify, mentor, and build up at least 2-4 high-potential Event Leads annually for advanced management roles within the growing organization. 4. Supervision & Accountability of the
Events Supervisors Direct Supervision:
Oversee and manage the Events Supervisors, taking full responsibility for their performance, administrative accuracy, and professional development. 5. Partnership with Events Operations Manager (Admin Focus)
Dual-Backup Protocol:
In this role, you will serve as the primary administrative and office backup for the Events Operations Manager during their PTO/absences. (Conversely, ensure they are fully cross-trained on stadium and field operations to back you up during peak pushes or vacations).
Operational Alignment:
Work in tight lockstep with the Events Operations Manager to ensure needs are met through 14-day advance staffing schedules. You must review your team's documentation, usage sheets and more for these events and ensure everything given to the EOM Admin is accurate. 6.
Financial Performance, Forecasting & Strategic Reporting Quarterly Business Reviews:
In partnership with EOM Admin, you will prepare and present comprehensive quarterly event schedules, financial projections (sales, labor, food costs, margin targets), and divisional growth roadmaps to the COO, CFO and CEO showing your realistic path for achieving divisional goals.
Labor & Waste Control:
Maintain event labor costs strictly within approved budgets. Audit food and supply ordering to eliminate waste while guaranteeing zero stockouts at major stadium pushes.
P&L Responsibility:
Track overall division profitability against quarterly growth targets, adjusting field strategies proactively to hit bottom-line metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications Unquestionable Field Grit:
Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and total willingness/ability to drive food trucks, transport heavy supply loads, and work physical shifts in stadium kitchens or outdoor festival environments. Your personal vehicle must be insured and have valid license plates.
Master Multiplier & Coach:
Proven track record of building teams, delegating effectively, and developing hourly workers into confident, accountable leaders.
Relationship Builder:
Exceptional interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Able to represent HuSTL at the highest executive levels with major venue concessionaires.
High Emotional Intelligence & Adaptability:
Quick-thinking under extreme live-event pressure. Calm, decisive, and solution-oriented during operational disruptions.
Accountability & Directness:
Willingness to address performance issues head-on, conduct tough conversations, and enforce high organizational standards without hesitation.
Tech-Comfortable:
Proficient in reviewing digital workspace tools (Asana, Google Workspace, POS systems) maintained by your Events Operations Manager to stay aligned on logistics.
Performance Metrics & Benchmarks Partner Satisfaction:
Exceptional operational feedback, zero formal compliance complaints, and contract renewals/expansions from concessionaire partners (Levy, Sodexo, OVG, etc.).
Leadership Development:
Successful training and promotion of at least 2-4 Event Leads into elevated leadership roles quarterly.
Division Profitability:
Achieving target sales and P&L metrics (labor and food cost percentages) across all 4 pillars: Stadiums, Food Trucks, Residencies, and Special Events/Festivals. 100%
Operational Readiness:
Zero operational failures, late setups, or unstaffed events across the division.
Manager Accountability:
Flawless operational synergy with, and high performance from, the Events Operations Manager. Compensation & Financial Structure This position features a highly competitive, multi-stream compensation structure designed to reward meticulous organization while sharing in the division's top-line and bottom-line growth: $50-55,000 base salary guarantee (including some service fees and tips) 3% Profit Sharing for stadium events & residencies
