Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of several growing affiliated businesses. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, follow up consistently, and keep projects and revenue-producing activities moving without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily office and administrative operations Maintain calendars, deadlines, recurring assignments, and operational checklists Track leads, contracts, closings, bookings, projects, invoices, and other business activities Follow up with team members, clients, vendors, and contractors Process invoices, approved payments, and authorized commission disbursements Monitor outstanding invoices and accounts receivable Prepare, organize, and review administrative files for completeness Coordinate onboarding and offboarding Maintain weekly operational and revenue reports Identify missed deadlines or potential problems and assist with solutions Provide concise updates regarding completed assignments, pending items, and matters requiring ownership approval Maintain confidentiality of company, client, financial, and personnel information Assist with administrative and operational needs across multiple affiliated businesses Qualifications Previous experience in office management, operations, administration, real estate, project coordination, or professional services Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient with email, calendars, spreadsheets, online platforms, and document-management systems Able to work independently and take initiative Detail oriented, dependable, and solution focused Comfortable holding others accountable for assignments and deadlines Professional when handling confidential information Experience supporting multiple businesses is preferred but not required Compensation and Growth Starting compensation is $425 per week, with the opportunity to earn additional $700 monthly performance-based incentive/bonus. Incentive details will be discussed during the interview. Compensation will be reviewed after six months and annually thereafter based on performance, responsibilities, business growth, and revenue. This position offers an opportunity to grow in responsibility and compensation as the organization expands.
