This role combines strategic oversight, project management, and hands-on leadership to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety compliance across multiple job sites. Key Responsibilities Drive Team Leadership & Performance Lead, mentor, and develop multiple field crews, improving productivity, accountability, and retention Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all teams Own Project Management & Execution Deliver landscape maintenance and enhancement projects on time and within scope through strong planning and coordination Optimize labor, materials, and scheduling to maximize operational efficiency and profitability Ensure 100% Safety Compliance Enforce all safety protocols and achieve full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements Proactively identify and mitigate job site risks to protect team members and clients Oversee On-Site Operations Maintain consistent, high-quality execution across all properties through routine inspections and real-time problem solving Resolve field challenges quickly while maintaining production timelines and quality standards Elevate Quality & Client Satisfaction Ensure all work meets or exceeds company and client expectations Act as a key liaison between crews, management, and clients to maintain strong relationships and clear communication Develop Systems & Train Future Leaders Train and mentor supervisors and crew leaders to strengthen internal leadership pipeline Standardize processes and implement best practices to improve long-term operational performance Requirements 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or landscape operations , with proven success in a leadership role Demonstrated expertise in project management, team leadership, and on-site operations Strong working knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, landscape enhancements, and basic construction practices Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards Track record of enforcing safety compliance and improving team performance Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to lead from the front while thinking strategically at a high level Benefits 5-Day Work Week - maximize productivity while improving work-life balance Clear path for advancement into Operations Manager and leadership roles Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Opportunity to lead impactful projects and shape high-end outdoor environments Work with a team that values accountability, growth, and operational excellence Why Join Us We don't just maintain landscapes—we build high-performing teams and industry-leading operations.
