IMP PANEL & DUCT FIELD MANAGER

Beasley Insulation Beasley Insulation is looking for an experienced IMP Panel & Duct Field Manager to help build and grow our new IMP division. This is a hands-on field position . We need someone who knows IMP work, can lead from the field, and can train a crew to install panels and IMP duct correctly.

Requirements:

3+ years hands-on IMP panel experience IMP duct experience Experience with wall/roof panels, cold storage/freezers, and industrial/food-processing facilities Able to read drawings, take field measurements, and lay out work Able to lead, train, and work alongside a crew Responsible for field safety and quality control Valid driver's license Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts/equipment

Position:

Starting at $25/hour — more based on experience 50-60 hours/week when projects are active W-2 or 1099 Hotel paid Travel expense allowance provided Fuel and travel time paid Must provide your own truck starting out Beasley provides installation tools and equipment Travel required; weekends may be required while on a project Candidates can live in MS, AL, GA, KY, North FL, TN, LA, or AR. No relocation required. This is a new division with room to grow . We are looking for someone who can help us build the crew, establish our field operation, and grow into a larger leadership role as the division expands.
