Operations Manager — Two Maids Jackson Jackson, Mississippi | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Are you a natural leader who enjoys people, sales, problem-solving, and seeing the results of your hard work? Do you want a job where you can make decisions, take ownership, and make a difference? Two Maids Jackson is looking for an energetic, organized, motivated Operations Manager to help run and grow our local business. This isn't a boring desk job. You're going to help run the show. You'll lead our team, take care of customers, grow sales, hire and train employees, solve problems, and help make sure every customer receives an experience worth talking about. And yes, sometimes you'll get out of the office and visit our clients' homes. That's part of the fun!

COMPENSATION & PERKS
$52,000-$55,000 starting salary Performance-based raise evaluations every 2 months Opportunity to earn $60,000+ 10 paid vacation days 8 paid holidays Monday-Friday
NO WEEKENDS 7
30 AM-4:30 PM Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel Your ideas and performance actually matter If you help grow sales, build a stronger team, improve customer satisfaction, and make the business better, your compensation will reflect it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO LEAD THE TEAM
Recruit, interview, and hire Train, coach, and motivate employees Manage scheduling and staffing Handle employee performance issues Hold team members accountable Build a positive team culture
GROW THE BUSINESS
Answer sales calls and inquiries Follow up with potential customers Conduct estimates and customer consultations Close sales and turn leads into customers Develop local marketing and community opportunities Find new ways to grow the business ❤️
TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS
Deliver exceptional customer service Handle questions and concerns Monitor customer satisfaction Resolve problems quickly and professionally Make sure we're delivering the quality we promise
RUN THE OPERATION
Manage daily schedules and cleaning teams Monitor cleaning quality Conduct quality-control visits Train team members on cleaning standards Manage supplies and equipment Handle invoices, payments, and deposits Assist with payroll Track important business numbers Keep the operation running smoothly

We can teach you how to clean a house. What we can't teach as easily is leadership, work ethic, personality, initiative, and the ability to make things happen.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Previous management, leadership, sales, or customer-service experience Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance Ability to travel to customer homes and other local locations Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Basic math and computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background check Ability to pass a drug screening Available Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM This probably isn't for you if you: Want to sit behind a desk all day Don't like talking to people Hate sales Need someone constantly telling you what to do Don't like solving problems Aren't comfortable holding people accountable Want the same thing to happen every day But if you're the person who walks into a messy situation and says: \"Alright... let's figure this out.\" If you like people, like seeing results, want responsibility, and want the opportunity to help build something , we want to meet you. ❤️
