Billings, Montana Pay:
$26.00-$32.00 per hour
Type:
Full-Time. This is an in-person role based in our Billings office Environmental Contractors, LLC is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting day-to-day operations — from inventory and credit card reconciliation to scheduling and travel coordination. We're looking for someone dependable who takes ownership of the details and is comfortable working in Excel and Word every day. We're a well-established, growing company, and this role has real potential to expand in scope and responsibility over time. Responsibilities Track materials and scaffolding usage across all job sites Reconcile company credit card statements and expense reports Coordinate scheduling for staff, projects, and appointments Book and coordinate travel arrangements and hotel accommodations Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports in Microsoft Excel and Word Maintain and update all certifications for employees In charge of onboarding new hires Provide general operations support to the team as needed Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with credit card or expense reconciliation preferred Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Reliable and trustworthy, with a track record of handling financial or confidential records responsibly Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Health and dental insurance, with the company covering 90% of the premium Retirement plan Paid time off How to Apply To apply, please submit your resume to george@envct.com or call (406) 652-6337.
