This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of water, fire, and mold mitigation services, managing field teams, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership position that requires strong operational oversight, customer communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be hands-on when needed, while also leading, training, and holding the mitigation team accountable. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency service needs. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and oversee the mitigation team, including technicians and crew leads Coordinate and manage all mitigation jobs from initial loss through completion Ensure quality control across all projects and maintain high customer satisfaction Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and clients Write and manage job estimates, documentation, and job files using restoration software Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation for mitigation projects Ensure all jobs are properly documented, invoiced, and compliant with company standards Monitor and manage equipment usage, maintenance, and inventory Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards Respond to emergency mitigation calls as part of the on-call rotation Step into the field when necessary to support crews and ensure job success Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation Proven leadership or management experience in the restoration industry Strong knowledge of drying techniques, equipment, and mitigation processes Experience working with insurance adjusters and handling claims documentation Proficient in restoration software (e.g., Xactimate, DASH, or similar) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to perform field work when needed Preferred Certifications IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.) Experience with large-loss or commercial mitigation projects What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Paid time off Career growth opportunities within a growing company Leadership role with autonomy and impact
