Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in phone systems
  • Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, preferably in a resort setting
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with front desk procedures and hospitality management
