Our mission:

Be so good we change the expectations people have for Montana home services companies. We are the new bar. We do premium residential roof replacements (shingle and metal) and are looking for ONE operator to own our install pipeline from signed contract to 5‑star review. What you'll own Schedule all installs, inspections, and crews. Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontract crews to our standards.

Create job packets:

work orders, materials, safety, checklists, photos. Run pre‑job, in‑progress, and final inspections. Control job costs and improve gross margin. Handle homeowner communication. Drive 5‑star reviews and avoid callbacks. What success looks like (first 12 months) Managing 10-20 jobs/month confidently. 95%+ on‑time, 95%+ on‑budget within 2%. No callbacks on jobs. Majority of jobs end with 5‑star reviews from the customer. Owner is NOT in the daily install chaos. Requirements 5+ years in roofing or residential construction as PM / superintendent / production / ops. Proven track record managing sub crews and multiple jobs at once. Strong tech and organization skills (apps, email, spreadsheets).

Compensation & relocation Base salary: $80,000 Performance bonus: $200 per perfect job (on‑time, on‑budget, no rework, 5‑star review).

Expected earnings when hitting targets:

~$95,000-$105,000+ .

Relocation bonus:
