Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing clear instructions and information about the course and daily events Manage tee sheet operations by coordinating tee times, ensuring efficient flow of players, and communicating with staff to optimize course usage Monitor course activity to ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve any conflicts or disputes promptly and diplomatically Assist with guest services such as answering questions, handling cash transactions, and providing directions or recommendations for amenities Enforce course rules and policies to maintain a safe environment for all players and staff Support event management activities during tournaments or special outings, including coordinating start times and assisting with guest needs Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Experience working with children or in resort settings is a plus Excellent public speaking skills to engage with guests confidently and clearly Background in food service or hospitality environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Lifeguard experience or certification demonstrates your commitment to safety and emergency response readiness Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude who thrives in lively, fast-paced environments Join us as a Golf Course Starter/Ranger and become an integral part of creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued.
