Custodial Operations Manager

Custodial Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple locations within the region (SC ) : Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Train, mentor, and supervise a team of managers and staff Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Operational Manager, Multiple Location Management Experience, or similar role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of sustainable practices, clean, industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, buffing, porter, maintain, floor care, custodial practices
• Strong multi-tasking and problem
• solving skills
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
• Must have the ability to work 1st and 2nd shift
