Car Wash Site Manager

We're looking for a motivated Site Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every customer who visits. Position Overview The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the car wash, including team leadership, team development and training, customer service, sales performance, equipment maintenance, and site appearance. This role requires someone who enjoys working with people, serving customers, leading and developing people, , and creating a positive and high-performing work environment to reinforce the company's desired culture. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Drive membership sales and help build a strong sales culture
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the wash runs efficiently and safely
• Maintain high standards for site cleanliness and presentation
• Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
• Manage employee scheduling and staffing levels
• Monitor wash performance and report operational issues when needed
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed
• Support team development through coaching and training Qualifications
• Previous management leadership experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
