One location is operating in Charlotte, a second is in development, and a third is in planning. The Role Our founders set direction. This seat runs the business. You will lead operations across every location by the numbers, manage the general managers who run each site, and connect the operating floor to ownership's financial reporting. Through the next opening you also serve as that location's interim general manager. What You'll Own Operating performance across all locations: labor, cost of goods, margin, and service standards Leading and developing each location's general manager, the food and beverage director, and shared operations support Forecasts, budgets, and a monthly operating report for ownership New location openings: hiring plan, opening timeline, and the operating model working on day one The company operating playbook and the systems that let each location run without the founders in the building Vendor, facilities, and staffing decisions within budget Who You Are Seven or more years in operations with multi-unit or regional leadership: area director, director of operations over several sites, or a VP or COO track You have owned a P&L or major cost lines and answered for the results You have opened a new location or led a significant expansion Fluent in forecasts and budgets, and just as comfortable on the floor You decide which ideas matter this quarter and you say so Location and Schedule Based in Charlotte with regular travel between locations.
