training locations The Role Player Site Manager is responsible for on-site management and command and control of contracted role-player personnel supporting the Psychological Operations Qualification Course. The position coordinates exercise support, attends OPCEN and other coordination meetings, supports role-player preparation and area/scenario familiarization, and maintains contact with Government exercise-management organizations.Job Duties:
- Exercise command and control over contracted role-player personnel and provide on-site management and supervision in accordance with exercise requirements.
- Attend daily OPCEN coordination meetings during applicable exercise dates and attend other planning/coordination meetings as required.
- Coordinate upcoming exercises and support role-player train-up, Pineland Area Study Brief presentation, and area/scenario familiarization using Government-provided information.
- Support management representation at planning meetings, daily coordination meetings, In Progress Reviews, and after-action activities as applicable.
- Support role-player conduct, preparation, train-up, validation, and accountability throughout exercise execution.
- Assist with site improvement/preparation, new role-player roles and scenario development, and cultural expertise/knowledge to enhance realism as directed by the Government.
- Maintain contact with the OPCEN/management organization; continuous 24-hour physical presence in the OPCEN is not required.
- Do not normally serve in a role-player capacity; a Robin Sage CULEX circumstance in which a G-Chief performs Role Player Site Manager duties at base-camp training sites.
Basic Qualifications:
- Army qualified, in good standing, 37 series Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience, and a subject matter expert on all aspects of Psychological Operations (PO).
- Current and valid SECRET security clearance.
