Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Lead for our carpet cleaning team, specializing in multi-state travel (NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, MS). This role involves leading daily cleaning operations for a two-person crew, and ensuring high-quality service across various retail locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cleaning activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely and on-time while traveling between states. Responsibilities Lead a two-person crew through nightly commercial carpet cleaning at scheduled retail locations. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling. Communicate effectively with management to understand client needs. Monitor work quality to meet company standards and client expectations. Drive a company van while traveling between different job sites as required, managing schedules to maximize productivity. Coordinate hotel check-in for the crew during multi-night travel routes. Qualifications Must be friendly, reliable, and honest. Valid driver's license required (clean driving record preferred). Comfortable driving company vans. Able to lift and carry cleaning equipment; work on your feet through night shifts. Willing and able to travel overnight regularly, staying in hotels away from home. Carpet cleaning or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required — training provided. Compensation & Benefits $20.00-$22.00/hour based on experience $30 per diem paid for each day requiring a hotel stay away from home Schedule Night shift, typically evening into overnight hours Multi-day trips requiring overnight hotel stays
