Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screen. We have industry-leading sterile injectable facilities providing solutions to take essential products from pre-clinical to the market. Pharmaceutical products come in many different dose forms including inhalations, oral dose, cream/ointment and injectables.

The B52 Supervisor (Combi 1) provides frontline leadership for manufacturing and filling operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will lead production teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support operational excellence while maintaining compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements. A Day in the
Life:
Lead and develop production teams while fostering accountability, engagement, and organizational change. Ensure production, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved while addressing deviations. Maintain compliance with cGMPs, FDA, OSHA, and internal quality requirements. Plan, monitor, and adjust daily production schedules to meet customer commitments. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety procedures. Evaluate employee performance, coach team members, and complete performance reviews. Support technical issue resolution and successful transfer of new manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain production documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Monitor attendance, approve timecards, ensure required training completion, and perform other assigned duties. Keys to
Success:
Education Bachelor's degree in Physical, Biological, Chemical, Production Science, or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered. Experience 5+ years of manufacturing experience. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience. Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of aseptic processing and manufacturing operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, dependable, and results oriented. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead technical teams, resolve complex problems, and motivate employees. Strong judgment, confidentiality, and time management skills. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional pushing/pulling over 100 pounds, manual dexterity, prolonged computer use, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
