A Hospitality Operations Supervisor is responsible for the functional management of day-to-day hospitality-specific operations and implementation of strategic projects. Engages with and supervises hospitality stuff such as front-desk clerks, concierges, housekeeping, etc.

THE ROLE
As a Hotel Development & Renovation Coordinator , you will support our team with the coordination of new hotel construction, renovations, conversions, and capital projects . You'll work alongside our development, operations, procurement, and construction teams while gaining hands-on experience throughout the hotel development process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with coordinating hotel renovation and new construction projects Communicate with contractors, vendors, architects, designers, and hotel teams Track project schedules, deadlines, deliveries, and outstanding items Assist with ordering and coordinating FF&E, OS&E, materials, and equipment Help organize project documents, plans, budgets, invoices, and purchase orders Participate in project meetings and site visits Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule Assist with punch lists, inspections, installations, and project close-outs Help coordinate hotel renovations while minimizing disruption to hotel operations Maintain project photos, updates, schedules, and status reports Assist with new hotel openings and renovation transitions Travel to project locations as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2-5
years of experience in construction, hotel operations, project coordination, procurement, interior design, or a related field Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Comfortable working with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Basic understanding of construction plans, schedules, and project timelines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Hotel, construction, procurement, or development experience is a plus Willingness to travel as needed A positive, team-oriented "let's get it done" attitude
