Responsibilities Conduct shift management duties by scheduling staff efficiently and monitoring performance through key metrics. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership development, and training programs focused on retail management skills. Experience Proven management experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong background in operations and team leadership Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities such as staffing schedules and operational tasks.
