Responsibilities:
Plan the day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective workflow Manage and train a team of employees, providing guidance and support, to include monitoring of Team Leaders assigned to accounts Plan and organize the work in assigned start-up operations Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strategic planning abilities to develop long-term business strategies
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals
- Project management expertise to successfully execute projects on time and within budget
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Fill in for general cleaners when necessary
- Proven track record in business development and expanding customer base.

Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00- $80,000.
