Compensation:

Job Description Responsibilities:

Guest service, wine education, tastings, upselling, cleaning, inventory management, adhering to the responsible alcohol server program & safety policies and maintaining a clean and organized tasting room and supervising other employees.

Qualifications :

Must be passionate about wine and willing to learn. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 - 40 lbs. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or wine industry is a plus but not required.
