Campus Operations Manager Job Type:
Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Campus Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the campus, ensuring efficient facility management, staff performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including facilities management, security, and administrative services, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and manage staff performance, including instructors and operational support teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Budget & Financial Management:
Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets, including cost recovery, purchasing, and expense control to ensure financial sustainability.
Strategic Planning:
Partner with senior leadership to establish campus goals, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, insurance requirements, and licensing standards. Maintain compliance with all local and organizational policies.
