Field Operations Supervisor Crawlspace Maniac Wilmington, NC Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $70,000 a year 13 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Crawlspace Maniac is hiring a field decision-maker to keep multiple crawlspace crews productive, solve routine jobsite problems, inspect completed work, and communicate clearly with the owner and customers. This is not a desk-only position, and it is not primarily a labor role. The right person understands residential construction, leads people firmly and respectfully, and knows when to make a decision versus when to escalate one. What You Will Do Review scopes of work and assign daily crew responsibilities Visit jobs throughout the Wilmington area, remove obstacles, and make routine field decisions Inspect encapsulation, moisture control, drainage, dehumidifier, insulation, and repair work Track job progress, photos, materials, tools, vehicles, and incomplete items Communicate professionally with homeowners and report material scope changes Coach crew leaders, correct performance issues, and enforce safety and quality standards Escalate structural concerns, major cost changes, serious safety issues, and customer disputes to the owner Enter crawlspaces for inspections and provide limited hands-on assistance when needed What We Are Looking For Proven leadership experience in residential construction, home services, restoration, waterproofing, insulation, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, or a closely related field Enough field knowledge to understand scopes of work and make sound routine decisions Valid driver's license and ability to qualify to drive a company vehicle Trailer-towing experience is preferred but not required Dependable, calm under pressure, organized, and able to communicate clearly Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, job updates, and basic documentation Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Must be able to meet all lawful pre-employment and driving-screening requirements What We Offer $55,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience Possible performance bonus Company vehicle for authorized business use Monday-Friday operating hours, normally 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Weekly pay every Friday; payroll closes Thursday Direct access to the owner with clear decision-making authority Training in our crawlspace and structural repair methods Opportunity to grow into a superintendent-level position Stable, year-round work with a growing local company Crawlspace Maniac is an equal opportunity employer.
