Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC operations onsite at a client of ours. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily HVAC activities, managing work orders, diagnosing and surveying equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in industrial and commercial HVAC systems and demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the on-site HVAC lead for all HVAC-related operations at our client. Manage, prioritize, and close out HVAC work orders using a mobile application and digital systems. Perform equipment inspections, system surveys, and diagnostics for proper operation and troubleshooting. Coordinate maintenance schedules, emergency repairs, and equipment upgrades. Supervise and collaborate with an on-site HVAC assistant. Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project completion. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC systems. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC equipment. Strong understanding of HVAC system design, controls, and maintenance best practices. Proficient with computers and mobile apps, particularly for managing work orders and reporting. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. HVAC certification(s) required (EPA Universal, etc.); additional licenses a plus. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Address
