Job Description

We're partnering with a growing retailer seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-unit field operations team across a defined territory. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing leaders, improving execution, and building scalable processes. The Regional Manager will oversee multiple District Managers, own regional P&L performance, and partner with support teams to drive consistency, accountability, and growth across the business. What you'll do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of multi-unit leaders while building a strong bench of future District Managers and General Managers. Spend significant time in the field evaluating operations, developing leaders, improving execution, and ensuring stores are clean, staffed, customer-ready, and operating to standard. Own regional financial performance, including P&L reviews, labor planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, and corrective action plans. Partner cross-functionally with support teams to improve processes, standardize SOPs, support recruiting efforts, and create more consistent execution across the field. Drive operational excellence across customer experience, staffing, training, food/retail execution, safety, compliance, inventory, and vendor-related processes.
Ideal background:
5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience with P&L accountability. Strong background in retail, grocery, QSR, fast casual, hospitality, travel centers, or other high-volume customer-facing environments. Proven ability to recruit, develop, retain, and promote field leadership talent. Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field with regular travel across the region. Strong operator who can balance people leadership, financial performance, process improvement, and customer experience.
