Direct Support Supervisor:

Schedule:
Evenings (1:45pm-10:15pm) and Oncall responsibilities can include other hours as needed to support the needs of the agency. As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations.
You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement.
Your key responsibilities include:
Operational Management:
Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.

Essential Foundations:
An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education - 3 years of relevant work experience.
Required Certifications:
Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
