Hours :
1st Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay :
$20.22 What Will You Do? Prepares work to be accomplished by studying standard work instructions, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Positions parts in specified relationship to each other using general knowledge of product and/or using bills of materials Bolts, screws, clips or otherwise fastens parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic) Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiatives Maintains all equipment and tools in good working condition by performing daily pre-shift inspections Strives to meet all established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards Continually seeks to improve production methods, equipment performance and overall quality of product Ability to learn a variety of different assembly stations Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor What Do You Need? High school diploma or equivalent. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures. Ability in using tools (electric and pneumatic) and/or machines. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in using power tools helpful The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly; 25 pounds frequently; 40 pounds occasionally
