Job Description
Operations Manager Exempt Bellevue, NE We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to lead safe, efficient, and compliant chemical plant operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This leadership role emphasizes mechanical integrity, overall business and chemical plant management, regulatory oversight, and people management. The ideal candidate will excel at cross-district collaboration, project management, and driving customer success. PVS DX, Inc, is a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of compressed gases and other water treatment chemicals. Duties Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable teams of operations, manufacturing, and support personnel. Provide performance feedback, training, and mentoring to build a high-performing, safety-first culture. Develop work schedules, optimize staffing, and oversee dispatch of drivers and operational teams. Conduct safety meetings, enforce policies, and manage performance matters professionally. Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development Required Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or industrial operations required. Demonstrated project management experience leading initiatives such as process improvements, compliance programs, asset tracking, or system implementations. Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends as business needs require. Satisfactory criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required. Reliable transportation required.
