Job Description
CrossFit Kinesis | Gretna, Nebraska Part-Time | W-2 Employee CrossFit Kinesis is looking for an exceptionally organized, motivated, and proactive Operations & Administrative Manager to become the right hand to our owner, and help keep our growing CrossFit community running smoothly. This is much more than a traditional administrative position. We need someone who notices what needs to be done, takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys being the person who keeps all the moving pieces organized. About CrossFit Kinesis CrossFit Kinesis is an established CrossFit gym in Gretna, Nebraska, built around exceptional coaching, strong relationships, and community. Our owner, Kyle Kasperbauer, is a former CrossFit Games athlete with a background in sports medicine. His primary focus within the business is coaching, working with members, connecting with prospective members, and developing ideas to continue growing CrossFit Kinesis and to continue making sure our existing members have the best member experience. We're looking for someone who can work alongside Kyle and take ownership of the daily operational and administrative needs of the business.
Duties:
Daily Operations & Organization- Help coordinate day-to-day gym operations.
- Maintain calendars, deadlines, and operational task lists.
- Keep administrative systems organized and current.
- Identify needs and problems before they become bigger issues.
- Follow through on projects from beginning to completion.
- Coordinate facility needs, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain an organized and professional gym environment. Executive & Administrative Support
- Serve as Kyle's primary administrative and operational support.
- Help organize priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Turn new ideas into actionable plans.
- Track outstanding items and ensure follow-through.
- Make business-related purchases and run occasional errands.
- Coordinate appointments, vendors, and business needs.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative responsibilities that arise in a small business. Payroll & Business Administration
- Gather and prepare information needed for payroll.
- Enter and submit payroll information as authorized.
- Maintain organized invoices, receipts, and business records.
- Communicate with bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and other professional resources as needed.
- Assist with routine business paperwork and recordkeeping. Inventory & Purchasing
- Monitor supplements, merchandise, cleaning products, and gym supplies.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Order approved products and supplies.
- Communicate with vendors.
- Receive, organize, and track inventory.
- Anticipate purchasing needs to make sure everything remains in stock. Events & Community
- Help plan and execute CrossFit Kinesis events.
- Coordinate vendors, schedules, supplies, and logistics.
- Assist with competitions, member events, and community activities.
- Help organize partnerships and outreach opportunities.
- Coordinate event communication and follow-up. Membership Support
- Help maintain organized membership records and processes.
- Assist with member onboarding and administrative follow-through.
- Support an exceptional experience for current and prospective members.
- Ensure inquiries and administrative needs get completed in a timely manner. What We're Looking For Someone that is:

Pay:
