Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sanitation Site Manager to lead our cleaning and sanitation operations at a busy industrial or commercial facility. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily management of sanitation teams, ensuring all areas meet strict cleanliness and safety standards. Your leadership will drive efficient cleaning practices, uphold safety regulations, and foster a culture of excellence in custodial services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale sanitation projects while maintaining high-quality service delivery that supports health, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of sanitation staff, including janitorial, industrial cleaning, laundry, and hospitality teams Develop and implement cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health standards, safety protocols, and company policies Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation management to promote efficiency and safety Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Foster a team-oriented environment through effective management communication, leadership, and staff supervision Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or commercial sanitation management Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to sanitation and industrial cleaning practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively Exceptional managerial communication skills for training, reporting, and team coordination Customer service orientation with a focus on quality assurance in cleaning standards Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Sanitation Site Manager where your leadership will ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming.
