Monday through Friday Take Ownership of Operations and Help Us Build a Stronger HVAC Company Complete Comfort, Inc. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to our growing HVAC operation. This isn't a position for someone who wants to simply maintain what's already in place. We're looking for someone who can evaluate how we operate, identify where things are getting stuck, and take ownership of improving our processes, reporting, technology, and overall efficiency. You'll work closely with the owner and a team that includes service technicians, installation crews, sales, dispatch, and bookkeeping. Our ideal candidate communicates well, is comfortable working with technology, and knows how to keep projects moving without waiting for someone else to provide every answer.
