The Merrimack is looking for a full-time Loan Operations Supervisor to join our Loan Operations team. In this role, you ll guide daily workflows, support employee development, and be a go-to resource for your team and internal partners, all while helping ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What You ll Do Supervise assigned Loan Operations employees and related workflows Manage daily workloads, schedules, and resources to ensure proper coverage and timely completion of work Provide guidance, coaching, training support, and problem resolution for team members Maintain knowledge of assigned Loan Operations functions and assist with department tasks as needed Review, update, and support procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency Support compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, investor, and internal requirements Assist with audits, exams, reporting, system testing, business continuity activities, and department projects Promote quality service standards for internal and external customers What We re Looking For Minimum of three years of diverse banking experience, preferably with loan servicing or loan operations functions At least one year of demonstrated supervisory experience and responsibility Working knowledge of banking regulations, procedures, processing systems, and general accounting and reporting concepts Strong technical skills, including experience with core systems and desktop applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities Leadership style that supports communication, collaboration, teamwork, empathy, and employee development Why This Role Matters Loan Operations plays an important role in supporting customers, employees, and the overall lending process.
