The group consists of 6-8 technicians and assemblers producing electronics assemblies to support the main business, located in Carlsbad CA, of electronic actuators and servo control equipment. The NH office is primarily tasked with manufacturing and testing electronic assemblies. We are actively looking for an individual to lead the day to day operation.
Job Responsibilities :
Assign daily and weekly tasks for techs and assemblers based on demand from HQ and customers. Assign daily and weekly tasks for techs and assemblers based on demand from HQ and customers. Inventory management Parts and supply purchasing Facilitate communications between HQ and group (demand requirements, delivery, purchases, etc). Lead RMA process (assign team, direct work, contact with customer) Lead and participate in periodic facility cleaning.
Experience & Skills:
Business or technical degree or equivalent operations experience Good communicator verbal and written Good people person Good organizational skills, detail oriented Electronics assembly experience (soldering, assembly, test) a plus Computer literate. Familiar with Microsoft office. Very helpful if you are well versed in Microsoft Access This position offers an excellent opportunity for self-starting, motivated individuals. You will be part of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
