Operations Manager JAM Logistics — New Hampshire Full-Time | $65,000-$75,000/year + performance incentives About the Role JAM Logistics is seeking a motivated, hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily last-mile delivery operations. This role is responsible for driver performance, safety, staffing, fleet readiness, dispatch operations, and overall operational results. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses data and accountability to drive performance. Responsibilities Lead daily delivery operations and supervise frontline leadership and drivers. Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees. Monitor and improve daily operational KPIs. Manage staffing, attendance, scheduling, and performance. Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Monitor fleet readiness, vehicle inspections, and maintenance. Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions. Partner with dispatch to ensure routes are properly staffed and executed. Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational priorities. Identify process improvements and reduce operational waste. Address performance issues while recognizing and developing top performers. Maintain compliance with company, DOT, and safety requirements.
