This role will be responsible for client management, job estimates and scheduling. This role is a mix of client facing, employee and temporary labor supervisory duties and hands-on work. Reliability and professionalism is a must. Our customers are based across New England, primarily in the greater Boston area. We are located 2 minutes off I93 at Exit 4. Depending on the day and job needs you will start your day at the shop in Londonderry, NH. Start and end times may vary depending on job location and work scope.
Responsibilities Crew Management:
Hire, train, and supervise day labor and porter service team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing development.
Operations Oversight:
Plan and schedule daily maintenance and installation activities, manage work orders, and ensure all work is completed efficiently.
Client Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resource Management:
Manage equipment, materials, and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
Budget & Financials:
Assist in budget development, manage job costs, track time, and report on financial performance.
Safety & Quality:
Implement and enforce safety procedures, monitor work for quality control, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Strategic Initiatives:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality of service, and overall company performance. Key Skills Strong leadership and communication skills On site labor experience including use of machinery and equipment Project management skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Technical proficiency with landscaping software and tools Qualifications Proven experience in property maintenance and operations Must have relevant experience in commercial account management and relations A strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and troubleshooting is a plus A bachelor's degree is preferred Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, skid steers, and manlifts as needed Benefits 50% employer paid health, dental and vision 401k with employer 4% match Bonus PTO Company vehicle, fuel card and/or employee stipend
