The company is known for its elite product offerings, loyal customer base, and strong market reputation.
Position Summary:
The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all day-to day operations across the organization, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution across manufacturing, procurement, and service functions. This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on leader who thrives in scaling operations, building systems, and translating strategic vision into measurable results.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, procurement, service delivery, and cross-functional teams Ensure departments are properly structured, staffed, and operating efficiently Own capacity planning, production scheduling, and delivery performance Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Lead hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management of operations staffPerformance & Financial Management:
Own and manage operational KPIs; lead weekly performance and scorecard reviews Partner with Finance to manage budgets and departmental P&L accountability Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and efficiency gains Align forecasting and operational execution with Sales and Finance teamsProcess & Systems Improvement:
Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Implement scalable, repeatable processes to reduce reliance on reactive problem-solving Improve cross-functional coordination between Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Service Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, throughput, and operational reliabilityLeadership & Vision:
Serve as the operational leader, translating company strategy into execution Drive accountability and alignment across all departments Lead structured meetings, including weekly performance reviews and problem-solving sessions Ensure consistent focus on priorities, goals, and key initiatives Act as the primary decision-maker and escalation point for operational mattersQualifications:
10+ years of experience in operations, general management, or senior leadership roles Proven experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or technical environments (life sciences or biotech preferred) Demonstrated success in scaling operations and leading high-performing teams Strong financial and operational acumen, including KPIs, budgeting, and margin management Ability to drive accountability, execution, and results across teams Confident decision-maker with the ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar business frameworks Background in engineering-led or highly technical organizationsKey Attributes:
