POSITION SUMMARY
. The Manager of Neuroscience Ambulatory Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily performance and operational efficiency of Neuroscience outpatient practices across multiple locations, including Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, and Mount Laurel. This role encompasses Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Pain Management services, ensuring seamless coordination among geographically dispersed practices. The Manager provides strategic oversight, drives operational consistency, and partners with site supervisors and providers to achieve quality, access, and financial goals. This scope is significantly broader than single-practice management roles within the AtlantiCare system and requires advanced leadership and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations and performance of all Neuroscience outpatient practices across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, and coverage across locations.
- Track provider productivity, access, and scheduling efficiency system wide.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective measures across practices.
- Support new staff onboarding, training, and competency development for multi-site teams.
- Collaborate with the Director to prepare and analyze operational and financial reports for all locations.
- Monitor patient flow, wait times, and experience metrics across the region.
- Promote staff engagement, teamwork, and accountability across dispersed teams.
- Maintain compliance with system policies and operational standards across all sites.
- Serve as a liaison between clinic leadership, providers, and administrative teams across multiple practices.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required. Internal candidates with five years demonstrated successful leadership experience and quantifiable outcomes, along with an associate's degree, will be considered.LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
