In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store activities, and ensure seamless execution of all operational functions. Your leadership will keep the operation running smooth. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about driver management, ready to motivate teams and optimize store performance through strategic planning and effective communication. Responsibilities Supervise Delivery Drivers for 1-2 hours per day. Oversee that drivers handle their routes and packages safely and efficiently. Implement employee orientation programs and conduct interviewing processes to attract talented candidates aligned with company standards. Coordinate scheduling, shift management, and customer service initiatives to deliver exceptional delivery experiences. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Foster effective communication within the team through managerial communication skills while promoting a culture of continuous training & development. Qualifications Proven experience in delivery driver management or team management Prior assistant manager or managerial experience with a focus on team management and operational oversight. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Knowledge of parcel delivery protocol is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and managerial communication techniques.
