This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury event environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to event execution. This position plays a key role in overseeing small to large guest count weddings, social events, and corporate functions with guests ranging from while ensuring service standards are maintained at the highest level. Weekend and evening availability is required. Experience working in banquet halls, wedding venues, catering, restaurants, hospitality, or event environments preferred. Responsibilities Greet guests and clients professionally while providing exceptional hospitality throughout each event Oversee banquet operations during weddings, private events, and corporate functions Coordinate event timelines and ensure all details are executed according to client expectations Supervise banquet staff including servers, bartenders, runners, and setup crews Manage the flow of service during cocktail hour, dinner service, and reception activities Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth communication and execution Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to confirm room setup, décor, stations, and overall presentation standards Ensure food presentation, cleanliness, and service quality consistently meet venue expectations Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently during events Help train and motivate banquet staff while maintaining a positive team environment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Complete event checklists and communicate post-event notes to management Growth Opportunity This role offers strong growth potential within an expanding hospitality group.
