Job Description As an Internal Operations Manager you will play a vital role in our mission to promote clean and renewable energy. You will lead a team of solar installers and ensure that solar projects are completed efficiently and to the highest industry standards. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our company and the reduction of carbon footprints in New Jersey. Key Responsibilities Managing and overseeing daily day-to-day company operations. Overseeing solar and roofing projects. Managing internal operations departments and teams. Maintaining and leading with the highest level of customer service. Creating and implementing various operational processes. Managing, coordinating, and collaborating on interdepartmental projects. Training on process and procedures, where required. Additional Operations Management task, as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as an Internal Operations Manager or in a similar role. Previous experience managing employees. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and lead by example. Knowledge of solar and roofing. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service. Ability to operate computer systems, including CRM and partner portals. $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
