Luxury Real Estate Keller Williams | Northern New Jersey Most leaders manage what's already been built. We're looking for someone who wants to help build what's next. We are a large, established, high-producing Keller Williams real estate team looking for an exceptional business leader to help drive our next stage of growth.
We have an ambitious vision:
to continue expanding our presence in the luxury real estate market and build an organization capable of exceeding $1 billion in annual sales volume . This isn't a traditional management position. We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, knows how to turn vision into execution, and is energized by developing people, improving performance, and building a business for long-term growth. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop and execute strategic plans to drive continued growth and market expansion. Recruit high-performing real estate professionals and build a strong talent pipeline. Coach, develop, and hold agents accountable to measurable performance standards. Lead sales meetings, coaching sessions, and leadership development. Monitor pipeline, listings, contracts, closings, revenue, and key performance indicators. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, and overall sales performance. Build scalable systems and processes that support growth without sacrificing service or quality. Develop relationships with luxury developers, investors, builders, attorneys, financial advisors, and high-net-worth clientele. Identify opportunities for expansion into new luxury markets. Help strengthen the organization's brand and market presence while maintaining an exceptional client experience. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a leader who is: Entrepreneurial and naturally thinks like an owner. Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented. Exceptional at recruiting, developing, and leading people. Comfortable setting expectations and holding high performers accountable. Confident using numbers, KPIs, and business data to make decisions. Skilled at building systems, processes, and teams. A strong communicator and relationship builder. Able to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. Energized by ambitious goals, growth, and the opportunity to build something significant. Experience in real estate, luxury sales, business development, sales leadership, or another high-performance sales environment is strongly preferred.
