Job Description
Starting Pay:
$22.00 per hourGuaranteed Raises:
Up to $4.00 per hour during your first year based on performance and milestones.- Performance bonuses available.
- Long-term management and leadership advancement opportunities. Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules and prevent overbooking.
- Prepare daily technician routes and confirm route delivery.
- Provide daily support to field technicians throughout the workday.
- Respond to customer and technician requests, including invoices, inspection reports, scheduling changes, and job updates.
- Monitor and respond to CRM messages to ensure no customer inquiry is missed.
- Update and close jobs in the CRM while following company procedures.
- Handle pending jobs, payment collections, and rescheduling.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and external partners.
- Ensure daily operations run efficiently and support company performance goals. Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or operations management is preferred.
