We partner with leisure concepts that have already proven themselves internationally and bring them to new North American markets. As part of our expansion in the United States, we are preparing the opening of a new venue in Pennsauken, in the Philadelphia area, planned for late 2026 or early 2027. Combining customer experience, friendly competition and social fun, it will welcome families, groups of friends and companies seven days a week. The role We are looking for the Operations Manager who will take charge of the venue from the pre-opening phase and then lead it day to day. As the site leader, you will be fully responsible for its operational, people and commercial performance, supported by a team experienced in opening and running entertainment centers.

Responsibilities Lead the pre-opening phase:

recruit, onboard and train the local team Oversee all operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience Build staff schedules for a seven-day operation Grow revenue, especially through corporate events, birthdays and private bookings Track KPIs, budget, inventory and costs, and report to management Ensure safety, maintenance and cleanliness standards are met Develop local partnerships and contribute to marketing initiatives Your profile Proven experience managing a team in entertainment, hospitality, food and beverage, leisure or retail (3+ years preferred) Hands-on leader, as comfortable with your team and guests as you are with the numbers Strong customer service mindset and business sense Organized and autonomous, able to build a team from the ground up Fluent English required, French is a plus Available evenings and weekends Authorized to work in the United States What we offer Competitive salary based on experience The opportunity to open a venue and grow it within an expanding group, with further US openings planned Full training and ongoing support from an experienced team Schedule Full-time position, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
