Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide leadership and oversight of Parts Department operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and business objectives. Manage core processing activities, including reconciliation, policy adherence, issue resolution, and coordination with Accounting. Oversee Corporate Parts Administration functions, including back-order expediting, exchange coordination, PCC ordering, and administrative support teams. Recruit, develop, evaluate, and plan staffing needs to ensure a high-performing and well-supported team. Monitor departmental financial and operational performance, including key metrics, resource utilization, and process efficiency. Lead back-order escalation efforts, partnering with internal teams, dealers, and customer-facing personnel to resolve critical customer issues. Maintain Parts Office operations, coordinate quarterly TEPS returns, and oversee novelty store inventory and customer support activities. Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews, employee development, cross-functional communication, and participation in business initiatives.RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years experience in Parts Operations, Inventory and Warehouse Management with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping logistics, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Experience with ERP systems and transactional processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams). Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively work across teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
