The position can be located at one of our
U.S. J&J
sites located within NJ, PA, CA, FL, TX, or Guaynabo Puerto Rico, or internationally in Markham Canada, or São Paulo, Brazil. This role ensures consistent application of established Deliver planning standards, effective integration into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and strong operational performance across service, cost, cash, and resilience outcomes. The Director enables enterprise decision‑making through planning insight, scenario execution, and cross‑functional alignment.
