Work directly with the owner to coordinate jobs, lead crews, and deliver work customers can count on. This opportunity is ideal for a capable foreman, crew leader, or field supervisor ready for broader responsibility while staying involved in the field. What you'll take ownership of Crew leadership: Assign work, communicate expectations, and hold the team accountable for safety, productivity, and workmanship.

Daily job coordination:

Organize schedules, staffing, materials, and equipment so crews arrive prepared.

Project preparation:

Visit sites, take measurements, and assist with estimates and job planning.

Quality and job costs:

Monitor progress, catch problems early, and help keep labor and material use within budget.

Customer communication:

Keep customers informed and address concerns professionally.

Equipment readiness:

Coordinate maintenance, track supplies, and keep equipment ready for upcoming work.

Operational improvements:

Partner with the owner to build practical processes that help the business grow. This is a working leadership role. You should be comfortable moving between planning, customer conversations, crew supervision, and helping with fieldwork when needed. What will help you succeed Experience leading crews in pavement maintenance, paving, construction, landscaping, facilities services, or a related field . A track record of keeping jobs organized and following through on commitments. Confidence giving clear direction, correcting work, and supporting team development. Sound judgment when schedules change or problems arise on a job site. Professional communication with customers, employees, and the owner. Comfort using basic technology for scheduling, estimating, and job documentation. Availability for some weekend work based on project needs. You don't need to have held an Operations Manager title.
