$76,000-$80,000/year + Bonus Opportunities This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant real estate experience . An active real estate license is not required but is a significant plus. Remote and hybrid candidates will not be considered. About The Nussbaum Team The Nussbaum Team is a growing, high-performing real estate team based in Toms River, NJ, with a strong presence throughout Ocean County and the surrounding Jersey Shore market. We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to become an integral part of our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate understands the pace and details of residential real estate and can confidently keep listings, contracts, deadlines, agents, clients, and vendors organized from start to finish. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying several steps ahead, and helping create a smooth experience for both our clients and agents. What You'll Do Oversee active listings and transactions throughout the entire real estate process Monitor important dates, contingencies, paperwork, and closing requirements Prepare and organize listing documentation, contracts, CMAs, and transaction paperwork Input new listings and maintain accurate property information across MLS and related systems Coordinate photography, inspections, appraisals, signs, lockboxes, access, and other property-related appointments Work closely with attorneys, cooperating agents, vendors, clients, and internal team members Maintain organized and compliant electronic transaction records Process transaction and commission documentation for completed deals Monitor showing activity and organize feedback for sellers and agents Assist with invoices, commission paperwork, reporting, and administrative tracking Support agents and leadership with transaction updates and operational needs Help coordinate client reviews and post-closing follow-up Identify potential issues early and proactively help keep transactions on schedule Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when communicating with clients and industry partners What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of hands-on real estate transaction coordination experience Strong working knowledge of residential real estate contracts and transaction timelines Experience working with MLS and real estate technology platforms Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active transactions and deadlines Confident written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM software, and cloud-based systems Proactive problem solver who can work independently and take ownership Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Active or previously held real estate license is not required, but strongly welcomed Compensation & Benefits $76,000-$80,000 annual base salary Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities Health insurance benefits Paid time off Professional development assistance Long-term advancement opportunities Why The Nussbaum Team?
