About Atticare Atticare is a home services company serving homeowners across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We specialize in attics, crawl spaces, and wildlife removal. The Role As Operations Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day field operations from the moment a job is sold until the customer is satisfied. You'll manage crews and subcontractors, source materials, keep projects on schedule and on budget, and be the go-to person when a customer has a concern. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trades, understands construction, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. We know attic, crawl space, and wildlife work is a niche field. If you have a strong background in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or HVAC, we will train you on our specialty services. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and dispatch installation crews and subcontractors across multiple service areas Oversee job quality from start to finish, including site visits, inspections, and final walkthroughs Source and purchase materials, compare vendor pricing, and manage supplier relationships Track inventory, equipment, and company vehicles Handle customer questions, complaints, and warranty claims professionally and quickly, turning unhappy customers into loyal ones Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate job scopes, measurements, and material orders Take field measurements, including window measurements, when needed Manage permits and inspections where required Monitor job costs, labor hours, and margins, and identify ways to improve efficiency Hire, train, and develop field technicians and crew leads Maintain accurate job records in our CRM and field service software Requirements 3+ years of operations, project management, or field supervision experience in construction, home improvement, or home services Strong working knowledge of at least one of the following: roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or HVAC Excellent customer service skills with proven experience resolving complaints and difficult situations Experience sourcing materials and working with suppliers and distributors Ability to read job scopes and take accurate field measurements Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple crews and jobs at once Comfortable with scheduling software, CRMs, and basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to travel to job sites across NJ, NY, and PA Big Pluses Exterior remodeling experience (roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters) Experience measuring and ordering replacement windows Attic insulation, crawl space, waterproofing, or wildlife removal experience HVAC or mini-split knowledge Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with Zoho, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar field service software Experience managing subcontractors.
